- KPI-Anforderungen beim Kunden erheben: Was muss gemessen werden - und warum?
- Datenquellen analysieren, Datenmodelle gemeinsam mit dem BI-Team konzipieren.
- Dashboards, Reports und Auswertungen spezifizieren und Abnahmen koordinieren.
- Business Intelligence in ERP- und CRM-Projekte integrieren (Monolith vs. Best-of-Breed).
- Kunden im Kennzahlenverständnis schulen - vom Geschäftsführer bis zum Schichtleiter.
- Produktroadmap für unsere BI-Lösungen mitgestalten und priorisieren.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen: OEE, Deckungsbeitrag, Lagerumschlag.
- Affinität zu BI-Tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) und idealerweise SQL-Grundkenntnisse.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in klare, entscheidungsrelevante Aussagen zu übersetzen.
- Beratungsmentalität: Du fragst zuerst 'Was willst du damit entscheiden?'
Experience
- Erfahrung mit Business Intelligence, Controlling oder Datenanalyse.
