In this role, you will provide on-site support to clients in 1st and 2nd level tasks for clients, servers and networks, configure network components, and document issues in the ticketing system.

- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support im Bereich Client, Server und Netzwerk
- Überwachung und Betreuung von Client- und Server-Umgebungen
- Konfiguration und Betreuung von Netzwerkkomponenten
- Dokumentation von Störungen im Ticketsystem
- Pflege der Kundendokumentationen

Qualifications
- Schon mal einen PC selbst zusammengebaut?
- Windows schon mal selbst installiert?
- Administration von Datenbanken und Betriebssystemen
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse über Telefonanlagen, Storage und Backupmanagement
- Soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse vorhanden
Experience
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Windows-Servern
- Grundlegende Erfahrungen mit Virtualisierung
