Our expectations of you

Education

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Qualifications

• You are familiar with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies in the Digital Supply Chain, CRM, and Analytics environments, and you understand how the components interact.
• You have ideally already become familiar with the particular challenges and Clean-Core requirements in Private Cloud and Public Cloud implementations.
• You hold a PMP certification or equivalent and possess very good knowledge of common consulting and project management methods and tools, especially in the SAP environment.
• In particular, you are familiar with SAP Activate as a methodology for S/4HANA implementations.
• You have also already worked with agile project methodologies such as SCRUM and have ideally implemented them in your projects.
• With your negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, you are a competent contact person for our clients.
• You personally demonstrate initiative, decisiveness, result orientation, organizational skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
• You are nationally and internationally mobile.

Experience

• You have at least 10 years of experience in project management and demonstrate profound technical expertise in the consolidation and harmonization of business processes and IT applications within the SAP ERP environment.
• You have experience in the professional leadership of teams.
• The implementation of your clients' strategic concepts is just as much part of your experience as recognizing business opportunities and converting them into new business.
• Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills, as well as process knowledge and industry expertise (e.g., manufacturing, telecommunication, energy, electronics, healthcare) are just as important for this role as communication skills, customer orientation, and experience in contract drafting.
