Education

- Tech stack (AI & Development): Excellent Python skills and solid hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or LangChain, as well as ideally Open WebUI and Spring AI; basic knowledge of Java application development.
- Soft Skills: Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate highly complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to different audiences.
Experience
- Professional experience: At least five years of in-depth experience in software architecture, including at least three years in a comparable AI-focused role.
- Infrastructure & MLOps: Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), as well as extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
