Job Summary
In this role, you will develop business concepts for Sparkassen apps, analyze banking requirements, lead feasibility studies, and coordinate implementation with development teams to create innovative solutions in mobile banking.
Your role in the team
- Entwicklung umfassender, vielschichtiger Fachkonzepte für die Weiterentwicklung der Sparkassen-Apps, inklusive Frontend-, Backend- und Datenhaltungsanforderungen sowie deren Verknüpfungen.
- Analyse, Spezifikation und Dokumentation komplexer bankfachlicher Anforderungen mit einer Vielzahl von Funktionen, Abhängigkeiten und Schnittstellen.
- Leitung von Vorstudien und Mitwirkung an der System- und Produktdefinition.
- Abstimmung zwischen Sparkassen, DSGV, Nutzerinnen und Nutzern und den Entwicklungsteams der Star Finanz.
- Durchführung von Workshops zur Anforderungserhebung und Lösungsfindung.
- Begleitung der Umsetzung in Design, Programmlogik und Customizing sowie Analyse und Lösung von Problemen außerhalb des Standards im Rahmen von Supportaktivitäten.
- Mitarbeit bei fachbereichsübergreifenden Aufgabenstellungen wie beispielsweise Implementierung von Payment-, Wertpapier- oder Darlehnsfunktionen in die App Sparkasse.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Bankausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation und typischerweise mindestens sechs Jahre fachbezogene Berufserfahrung.
Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Bereich App-Entwicklung oder digitale Produkte.
- Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum) und Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams.
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Business-Analyse, vorzugsweise im Sparkassen-Umfeld.
- Erfahrung in strategischer Planung und Steuerung.
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Stakeholder-Management Erfahrung.
