Job Summary
In this role, you will support technical customer engagements, conduct demonstrations, and learn the platform in depth. You will gather feedback, assist with PoCs, and document sales processes.
Your role in the team
- You will support customer-facing technical engagements across the sales cycle and help turn market feedback into product enhancements.
- Learn the the company platform inside and out to deliver engaging technical demonstrations.
- Support customer discovery calls to understand technical requirements and pain points.
- Assist in managing Proof of Concept (PoC) phases and technical evaluations.
- Advise prospects on platform AI capabilities alongside senior team members.
- Gather client feedback during evaluations and channel actionable insights back to Product and Engineering.
- Help document and refine our emerging pre-sales playbooks and technical collateral.

- Bilingual Communicator: Fully fluent in both written and spoken German and English.

Experience
- Early Pre-Sales or Tech Experience: Background or internships in pre-sales, technical consulting, SDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
