Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.

Qualifications

• Project Management certification: IPMA Level D or equivalent.
• IT Service Management certification: ITIL Foundation V3 or higher.
• Agile certification: Scrum Product Owner II or equivalent.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
• Strong practical knowledge of agile project management methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Ability to coordinate complex IT projects and manage dependencies across multiple development teams.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Service-oriented mindset combined with strong decision-making and assertiveness.

• Required certifications must be valid at the time of submission; equivalent proof may be accepted where permitted.
• Project references, where required, should include the industry, project title, brief project description, assignment duration, and a detailed description of responsibilities.
• Nationality information may be required as part of the applicable security-screening process.

Experience

• Alternatively, completed commercial or IT vocational training combined with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) projects, particularly ITSM platform implementation, development, or migration, preferably within public-sector environments.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in ITSM Service Request Management.
• Mindestens 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Product Owner.
• Proven experience managing development teams, product backlogs, Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in project planning, cost controlling, stakeholder management, risk management, and project reporting.
• Experience using Jira or comparable project management tools.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office; Erfahrung mit MS Project ist von Vorteil.
• Ability to provide evidence of required qualifications, certifications, and relevant professional experience.
• Relevante Berufserfahrung muss durch einen Lebenslauf, Arbeitszeugnisse oder Projektnachweise belegt werden. Die angegebenen Mindestzeiträume an Erfahrung müssen kontinuierliche, substanzielle Tätigkeiten in den jeweiligen Bereichen im Zeitraum unmittelbar vor der Einreichung darstellen.
