Your role in the team
- Du lernst die Grundlagen des IT-Service-Managements und unser Ticketsystem kennen.
- Du nimmst IT-Anfragen unserer Mitarbeitenden entgegen und unterstützt im 1st-Level-Support.
- Du richtest PC-Arbeitsplätze ein, überwiegend mit Microsoft-Produkten.
- Du pflegst technische Dokumentationen und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Betriebshandbüchern.

Education
- Du absolvierst zurzeit ein Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einem ähnlichen Fachbereich.
Qualifications
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte technische Affinität, bist stets lösungsorientiert und arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am Telefonieren und am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Du bist fit in MS Office, vor allem in MS Word und MS Excel.
- Der vertrauensvolle Umgang mit sensiblen Daten ist für dich selbstverständlich.
