In this role, you will support the 1st-level support by addressing technical inquiries while managing the installation and administration of Windows and Exchange servers, also accompanying network technicians on-site.

- Begleitung unserer Netzwerktechniker bei Einsätzen vor Ort.
- Kennenlernen und Anwenden verschiedenster Hard- und Softwareprodukte.

Education
- Mindestens Realschulabschluss.
Qualifications
- Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein freundliches Auftreten.
- Interesse und technisches Verständnis in der ITK-Branche.
- Informatik als Schulfach (wünschenswert).
- Gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Wohnortnähe zu Heilbronn.
- Führerschein Klasse B (oder in Aussicht).
