- Create programs that help partners progress from onboarding to qualified opportunities, validated solutions, and customer deployments. Coordinate clear handoffs to responsible teams.
- Build repeatable co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives. Drive partner participation and program improvement through targeted engagement and feedback.
- Own business requirements and the roadmap for the partner portal and learning management system, supporting partner self-service, learning, and certification.
- Coordinate platform rollout and integrations, and establish clear ownership for ongoing content, maintenance, and support.
- Align partner data and workflows across the CRM, portal, and learning platform to support partner management and commercial reporting.
- Establish clear program governance, participation terms, and rules of engagement.
- Lead cross-functional delivery, align priorities and resources, and communicate risks and recommendations to leadership.
