Education

Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of supporting and further developing HR management software (ideally rexx systems), as well as confident handling of system interfaces (APIs).
- Demonstrable experience implementing digital HR processes and managing skills or competencies.
- A good understanding of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in HR and the ability to assess technological trends in a practical context.
- Ideally, familiarity with the IT and administrative structures of the Free State of Saxony or comparable public institutions.
- Ability to analyze existing HR processes, critically evaluate them, and design user-friendly digital workflows.
- Analytical thinking, goal-oriented problem-solving skills, and a high degree of initiative.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly, engage diverse stakeholders, and facilitate discussions with confidence.
- Collaborative working style and enjoyment of cross-functional teamwork.
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management, HR process digitalization, or public administration.
