In this position, you develop PLC programs using Schneider PacDrive 3 and Rockwell controllers, configure hardware, and program complex motion control functions while also creating safety software and commissioning systems.

Your role in the team
- Du entwickelst und erstellst SPS-Programme mit Schneider PacDrive 3 und Rockwell-Steuerungen.
- Du konfigurierst Hardware wie Controller, Servoantriebe und I/O-Systeme.
- Du programmierst Motion-Control-Funktionen wie Kurvenscheiben, Bahnbewegungen und Synchronisationen.
- Du erstellst und projektierst Visualisierungen mit dem Siemens TIA Portal.
- Du entwickelst Sicherheitssoftware und übernimmst Diagnose, Fehlersuche sowie die Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen im Werk und beim Kunden.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik mit und kannst komplexe Steuerungsaufgaben selbstständig bearbeiten.
- Kenntnisse in Strukturiertem Text (ST) nach IEC 61131-3 sowie in Schneider PacDrive 3 und CODESYS-basierten Steuerungen, beispielsweise Beckhoff.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und wünschenswerte Englischkenntnisse.
Experience
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung und mit Motion-Control-Systemen.
- Erfahrung mit Hardware-Konfiguration, Siemens TIA Portal und idealerweise Rockwell ControlLogix/Kinetix sowie PILZ-Sicherheitsprogrammierung.
