1. You support cross-functional teams in the introduction and implementation of agile process models, such as Scrum or Kanban.
2. You ensure the constant development and improvement of work processes together with the people involved and strengthen the self-organization of your teams.
3. You organize and moderate team and program events such as sprint / increment planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
4. You proactively identify potential obstacles and help to solve them with the involvement of all stakeholders.
5. As part of a team of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you will contribute to advancing agile transformation in the company and provide impetus for an appropriate corporate culture.
