In this role, you will provide first-level support for employees, maintain Microsoft clients, install devices, configure software via SCCM, and conduct the IT onboarding process for new hires.

Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Qualifications
- Begeisterung für IT und technische Zusammenhänge
- Verlässliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Sozialkompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
Experience
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Support oder in der Systemadministration
