In this role, you will manage and optimize JBoss, WebSphere, and Tomcat application servers, support departments in integrating new applications, and automate operational processes using Ansible.

Your role in the team
- Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer JBoss-, IBM WebSphere und Tomcat Application Server Umgebungen.
- Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Implementierung und Integration neuer Anwendungen im JBoss-Umfeld.
- Optimierung und Automatisierung von Update- und Patch-Abläufen mit Ansible.
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Compliance- und Sicherheitsanforderungen im Application-Server-Kontext.
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Development- und Operations-Teams.
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Incident Management.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebs- und Systemdokumentationen.
- Mitwirkung an der Modernisierung und Automatisierung der Application-Server-Landschaft (z. B. CI/CD, Standardisierung).
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Servern.
- Kenntnisse im Monitoring-Umfeld (Dynatrace, CheckMK) sind wünschenswert.
- Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die Interaktion mit verschiedenen Teams.
- Eigenständige, motivierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Experience
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Application Servern (IBM WebSphere und/oder JBoss).
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Ansible sowie in der Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen.
