In this role, you will define ITIL-based best practice processes and build a comprehensive service catalog, bridging IT strategy, requirements, and operational implementation.
Your role in the team
- Prozess-Governance & -Design (ITIL): Definition, Etablierung und kontinuierliche Überwachung von ITIL-basierten Best-Practice-Prozessen (insbesondere Incident, Problem und Knowledge Management).
- Enterprise Architecture & Service Catalog: Aufbau und Modellierung eines ganzheitlichen Service-Katalogs mittels Enterprise Architecture Management.
- Fachliche Führung & Coaching: Wahrnehmung einer disziplinarisch unabhängigen (fachlichen) Führungsrolle sowie Leitung von Architektur-Boards.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Brückenbauer zwischen der strategischen Ebenen der IT und den Fachabteilungen (Anforderungen) sowie der operativen IT (Umsetzung).

Education
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit starkem Prozessbezug (z.B. Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen).
Qualifications
- Zertifizierung im Bereich ITIL oder TOGAF ist wünschenswert.
Experience
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Service-Management oder im operativen IT-Betrieb.
