Your role in the team
- You’ll further develop our Go platform: API Gateway, Data API, and the services for data storage, plant control, scheduling, and reporting (REST, RabbitMQ with Protobuf, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- You reliably deploy Python services and pipelines to production: forecasting and optimization workflows, as well as gRPC services.

- You understand the fundamentals of distributed systems: APIs (REST, gRPC), messaging (e.g., RabbitMQ), PostgreSQL and SQL, interfaces (e.g., Protobuf, Pydantic).
- You work cleanly and transparently: integration tests with real dependencies (e.g., Testcontainers), small PRs that are easy to review, brief updates, and early warnings about risks.
- You take initiative and see things through: You quickly get up to speed with unfamiliar code, investigate problems down to their root cause, and make pragmatic decisions. You don’t need expertise in ML or optimization, but you should be curious enough to understand the fundamentals.
- You use Agentic Coding (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor) productively, provide the agent with context and clear tasks, and can still explain every line you submit.
Experience
- You have at least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer and have built backend systems that run in production and that customers depend on.
