In this role, you handle technical inquiries in 2nd level support, assist users with hardware and software issues, and document service incidents to enhance IT infrastructure. You also perform onsite support.

Your role in the team
- Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Störungen und technischen Anfragen im 2nd-Level-Support.
- Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen sowie Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Support.
- Einrichtung, Installation und Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen und Hardware.
- Erfassung und Dokumentation von Service Incidents sowie Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen IT-Servicepartnern.
- Pflege der IT-Dokumentation für Server, Backups, virtuelle Umgebungen, Netzwerke, Storage und Firewalls.
- Unterstützung bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows und Office.
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Server, Virtualisierung, Netzwerke und Datenbanken (SQL) von Vorteil.
- VBA-Kenntnisse wünschenswert.
- Serviceorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft.
Experience
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im 2nd-Level-Support.
