Our expectations of you

Education

• You have an MBA or master's degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration or general/international management as well as profound technical expertise in financial services in the environment of a management consultancy, banking or insurance industry or in a startup with a focus on fintech, payments or insuretech.

Qualifications

• You call yourself an expert in innovation topics in the financial services sector, such as digital marketplaces, platform models, embedded finance, crypto-currencies, CBDCs, etc., and you promote these topics internally and in sales as a subject matter expert.
• You are proficient in working with and applying agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• You implement sophisticated business development and actively increase your sales initiatives to identify and acquire new customers through targeted sales measures and/or expansion of existing customers in the banking and insurance sectors.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English.

Experience

• You have many years of professional experience in the areas of financial services, digital payments or fintech, digital banking or digital insurance.
• You have many years of management experience in the context of project management within demanding implementation and transformation projects as well as experience in project work with internal/external customers or stakeholders.
• You have experience in an expert role with Jira/Atlassian, Postman, as well as Power BI or Tableau.
