- You analyze flaky tests, technical deviations, and quality risks, and derive concrete improvements.
- You conduct code and concept reviews and share best practices with the team.
- You facilitate technical alignment meetings and workshops with German-speaking clients.
- You support the establishment and further development of QA and automation teams.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of at least one relevant programming language, such as Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#.
- A good understanding of test architecture, maintainable code, test pyramids, and risk-based automation.
- The ability to explain technical decisions clearly and take responsibility for implementing them.
- German language skills at least at C1 level, as customer communication, workshops, and project documentation are conducted predominantly in German.
- Willingness to work regularly at our location in Görlitz.
- Valid work authorization for Germany by the start date at the latest.
Experience
- At least five years of professional experience in software testing, including several years of hands-on test automation.
- Practical experience with at least one established automation framework, such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or REST Assured.
- Experience with frontend and API automation, as well as Git and CI/CD.
