- Confident demeanor when interacting with clients, including at decision-maker level, as well as enjoyment of workshops and moderation.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel.
Experience
- At least three years of experience as a consultant or project manager in the PIM and/or DAM environment.
- Practical experience with at least one leading system, e.g., CELUM, Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets), Contentful, FirstSpirit, Akeneo, Pimcore, or Stibo STEP.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management.
