Technical Software Project Lead

As part of the technical project management, you are responsible for the technical success of the respective projects in the area of land simulation. We create holistic training solutions with scalable levels of accuracy, from individual handling and procedures training to collective crew and tactical training at the vehicle, platoon or company level. With our immersive training solutions, we offer our national and international customers a smooth transition from the training simulator to the real combat vehicle.

In the role of technical project manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for and control the technical implementation of projects from the offer/concept phase through the development phase to the introduction and usage phase.

Your tasks:

1. Responsible implementation of technical management as part of offer processing and system development (focus on software development)
2. Coordination of all development activities and involved specialist departments
3. Monitoring technical project planning and maintaining processes
4. Structuring and creation of system documents
5. Development and documentation of conceptual solutions
6. Implementation of the definition, planning and control of work packages (ACTUAL/TARGET)
7. Responsible for cost to complete considerations
8. Responsible representation of the project internally and externally
9. Control of the degree of progress and outflow of funds
10. Carrying out reporting and presenting the development results in project status meetings
11. Supporting the project managers with claim management towards suppliers and customers
