Your role in the team

Our expectations of you

Education

• Your first practical training takes place in our training workshop. In the first 6 months, you will learn the basics and then get to know the various technical and commercial departments.
• Your training begins with an introduction to IT fundamentals, network technology, and electrical engineering. Soon, you will work with CAD programs and create your own 3D models. Independently, you will assemble and program small computers (Arduino©) and work on tasks related to topics such as VoIP telephone systems or various Raspberry Pi servers.
• To give you a taste of other areas as well, you will complete a short basic training in "Metall" in the mechanical training workshop.
• We make you a computer science talent. During your training, you will learn about the planning and installation of information and telecommunications technology systems, including networks and devices (mobile networks, PC networks, or electronic building security systems), the installation and commissioning of hardware and software, creating small databases and websites, everything from telephone and network cables to fiber optics in the telecommunications department, gaining insight into activities in our internal IT departments such as the Help/Service Desk, aspects of system technology for solar power systems and e-mobility charging technology, and implementing new ideas within the framework of forward-looking projects such as LoRaWan.
• Good secondary school diploma

Qualifications

• You will work project-oriented and learn about many different areas and activities, from assembling a computer and 3D printer, to soldering circuit boards, and customer service.
• Fachhochschulreife or Abitur
