Education
- You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field, or have an equivalent qualification.
Qualifications
- You have a broad understanding of application, integration, data, and platform architectures, with in-depth expertise in at least two of these areas.
- You work with AI assistants and coding agents yourself—for example, for analysis, modeling, specification, or prototyping—and know their strengths and limitations from hands-on experience.
- You have already designed AI- or agent-based solutions, at least at the pilot or prototype stage.
- You are proficient in requirements analysis, option evaluation, architecture modeling, and decision documentation, for example using Architecture Decision Records.
- You enjoy facilitating discussions, persuade through arguments rather than control, and explain complex relationships clearly—both to the team and to senior management.
- Knowledge of architecture notations and tools such as C4, ArchiMate, UML, or LeanIX is an advantage.
Experience
- You have several years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a comparable role and have independently designed complex, business-critical IT solutions.
- Experience with spec-driven development, Microsoft Azure, and GitHub Copilot, as well as with data platforms, e-commerce, or customer data systems, is desirable.
