Qualifications

• Very good overview of current, new and emerging developments/technical requirements in the focus area of responsibility
• Good networking in the relevant, adjacent areas outside the direct area of responsibility such as sales, portfolio management, partners and others
• Knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
• Willingness to travel according to the requirements of the assigned task

Experience

• At least 4 years of professional experience and management responsibility > 2 years with a focus on implementation of complex SAP HxM solutions, alternatively many years of professional management experience in highly complex IT projects
• Experience in employee management at a comparable level and in flexible structures, particularly experience in personnel development of employees along their skill focus
• Experience in skill management as well as in skill assessment and qualification of employees
• Experience in escalation and conflict management
• Project organization and project management experience as well as experience in project control and management as well as risk management in flexible organizations
• Experience in designing and implementing complex service, project and management processes
• Consulting experience in projects (e.g. in flexible organizations)
