Your role in the team
- Vielfältige Einblicke: Du tauchst aktiv in verschiedene Produktbereiche ein, von Verkauf bis HR, von Logistik bis Finance. Du lernst, wie die Abläufe ineinandergreifen und unterstützt dabei, Prozesse zu gestalten und zu verbessern.
- Mitgestaltung von Projekten: Du bringst Dich bei der Konzeption von Anforderungen ein und hältst den Überblick über den Projektfortschritt. Gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst Du dafür, dass Ideen umgesetzt werden und Ziele erreicht werden.
- Verständliche Kommunikation: Du übersetzt komplexe Inhalte in klare Botschaften und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten auf dem gleichen Stand sind. So schaffst Du Transparenz und Vertrauen im Team.
- Teamgeist und Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie externen Partnern zusammen. In einem jungen, offenen Team mit flachen Hierarchien erlebst Du echte Teamarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung.

Qualifications
- Dein Bildungsweg: Du studierst aktuell ein MINT-Fach, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Deine Stärken: Du bist wissbegierig und lernst schnell. Komplexe Zusammenhänge erfassst Du mühelos und kannst sie verständlich vermitteln. Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Deine souveräne Kommunikation helfen Dir dabei, Aufgaben effizient zu lösen.
Experience
- Dein Profil: Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen wie Word, Excel, PowerPoint und SharePoint bist Du vertraut. Erfahrungen mit agiler Arbeitsweise sowie Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence sind ein Plus.
