Education

• You hold a university degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

Qualifications

• You possess extensive knowledge of SAP-supported business and product delivery processes across the value chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, Refurbish).
• You have comprehensive expertise in SAP SD and MM as well as advanced knowledge of related modules such as PP, QM, or PM.
• You have proven technical SAP expertise in areas such as RFC, IDOC, Web Services, and Fiori, which you have successfully applied in practice.
• You enjoy working in a national and international environment and foster trust-based, goal-oriented collaboration within interdisciplinary and cross-site teams.
• You possess business-fluent German and English skills and communicate confidently with international business units, project teams, and external partners.
• You are a strong team player with a stakeholder-oriented mindset and build sustainable relationships with internal and external partners.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, which you successfully apply in requirements engineering, solution presentations, and stakeholder management.
• You are driven by innovation, proactively identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digitalization, and actively drive their implementation.
• You quickly understand business requirements, translate them into practical IT solutions, and impress through your organizational skills, initiative, and ability to make decisions.

Experience

• You bring many years of professional experience in designing, enhancing, and optimizing SAP solutions and business processes within the SCM environment.
• You bring solid knowledge of SHS IT processes and ideally have experience in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
