Qualifications

- You have excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- You have experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- You have in-depth knowledge of using and configuring agile tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills round out your profile.
Experience
- You have relevant experience in product development, for example in software development, engineering management, team leadership, product planning, or project management.
- You have initial professional experience as a Scrum Master (m/f/d) on complex projects in an industrial environment.
- You have experience introducing agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban in companies with limited experience in agile practices.
- You have experience coaching Product Owners and members of agile teams.
- Ideally, you have experience with scaled Scrum frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
