- Interest in the energy transition and confidence in using modern communication tools and IT professionally,

- A strong sense of responsibility, a structured approach, and initiative,
- A strong interest in IT topics,
- Analytical thinking skills and a very good understanding of mathematics,
- Good to very good command of German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
