UX Design Expert

The User Experience Design team is part of the R&D Medical Platform department. The platform organization is responsible for developing solutions that are used, for example, in anesthesia and ventilation devices as well as incubators and patient monitoring. The UX design area focuses on a consistent, patient-safe and sustainable UX in all products, whether embedded or digital.

That's why we're looking for you

1. With your passion for UX and especially interaction and UI design, you will methodically and creatively support multiple project teams and help translate complex and multi-layered requirements into a clear, intuitive and functional user interface of new products, functions and services.
2. By designing a holistic and convincing user experience of our cross-workplace system solutions, you get the chance to actively participate in the innovations and visionary UX solutions of the Dräger brand in a highly creative UX design team.
3. Within the UX design team of the Medical Platform department, you will contribute to the further development and maintenance of the design systems and the design language.
4. In interdisciplinary project teams and close collaboration with UX researchers and product managers, you create the UX and UI solutions from the initial idea through interactive prototypes to the specification and precise implementation in the products.
5. You work with our development partners and external agencies and present the developed design solutions convincingly and with strong communication skills to the project team and to the relevant contacts in the company.
