Inhouse Consultant

As a (senior) in-house consultant* in the area of operational excellence, you play a central role in the further development of the TIMETOACT GROUP and our specialized brands. As part of the in-house consulting team, you work across departments in close coordination with top management and the M&A team on operational excellence and thus contribute to increasing the value of the GROUP in a dynamic, fast-growing private equity-backed company.

1. You advise, identify and prioritize optimization potential in the organizational structure and processes (including internal processes) along the entire value chain with the aim of increasing efficiency/effectiveness and cost savings
2. You will then support management in implementing the measures
3. You will independently take on projects of great importance for the company and will be responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of cross-departmental programs and measures
4. You carry out data-driven analyses, moderate workshops and implement the findings into innovative concepts
5. You prepare project documents and present the results to top management and shareholders
6. You are surrounded by a professional and determined team
