Teamlead Software Test/QA

Do you enjoy taking on leadership responsibility in the field of automotive software testing and would you like to shape the future of platforms for HPCs, Zonals and ECUs? In the context of Vehicle OS projects, Vector works closely with vehicle manufacturers to optimally use our products in their ecosystem. As a software testing team leader, you are responsible for leading and expanding our test team at the Regensburg location for software test managers, technical lead testers, test engineers and coaches. You will advise our team and our customers on the optimal test strategy at all software test levels and thereby actively shape the maturity of our AUTOSAR software when used in vehicle projects.

1. Disciplinary leadership and development of your employees as well as coordination, control and integration of external employees and partners
2. Communication and coordination with customers and colleagues
3. Support your team in the creation of test strategies, conception, their planning, implementation in the form of specifications, automation, execution and reporting primarily at test levels SWE.4 to .6
4. Contact person for coordination and escalation of projects
5. Further development of the agile collaboration model and the cluster portfolio in engineering, coaching and consulting mode
6. Participation in defining test processes, infrastructure and organizational structures, both within the cluster and across the board
7. Taking on additional special roles and tasks (in the context of cluster integration, software testing & software factory (CI/CD))
