- You have a strong understanding of security by design, Zero Trust, Identity & Access Management, secrets management, and compliance and governance requirements (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or NIS2).
- You communicate technical concepts clearly and appropriately to different stakeholders.
- You have very good German skills (C1 level) and good written and spoken English skills.
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, a passion for direct interaction, and a high degree of flexibility.
