Job Summary
In this role, you will oversee matchday data collection, coordinate and train the team, and ensure data quality to maintain the accuracy of our live football tracking data.

Your role in the team
- You will play an important part in ensuring the accuracy of our live football tracking data.
- Lead Live Operations: Oversee matchday data collection, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless delivery to our global clients.
- Coordinate Our Team: Schedule, train and improve performance of our student operators on TRACAB-specific systems and workflows.
- Guarantee Quality: Monitor and validate tracking datasets, resolving discrepancies to protect our data integrity.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and fluency in German and English.
- Flexibility to work (mainly) evenings and weekends during live match schedules.
Experience
- 3+ years experience with TRACAB software and technical understanding of the system and process.
- Experience and an interest in leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage live operations.
