Your role in the team
- You administer, configure, and install Windows Server systems, and are responsible for their management and ongoing updates.

Education
- Completed degree in Computer Science from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent knowledge and skills (e.g. vocational training in IT), with proven experience.
Qualifications
- You have up-to-date knowledge and a confident command of: Windows Server and Exchange Server SE, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Intune, PowerShell and ideally Microsoft Graph, Active Directory, Group Policy and hybrid identities, Windows clients with standard software, virtualized Linux and Windows servers (VMware), software distribution and automation processes, and information security.
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo) is desirable.
- A basic understanding of cloud architectures (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), as well as data protection and IT security (GDPR, ISO 27001, or the BSI IT-Grundschutz standard), is essential.
- You have a high level of motivation, resilience under pressure, a hands-on mentality, and a strong service orientation.
- You have strong teamwork and communication skills and take a solution-oriented approach.
- You are willing to work outside regular working hours during agreed maintenance windows (up to 2 days per month).
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in planning, installing, configuring, and monitoring complex Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
