Your role in the team
- Set and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for Search, grounded in customer needs, business impact, and market opportunity.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities across ranking, relevance, comparison, query understanding, personalisation, and zero-result recovery.
- Use data such as conversion impact, query behaviour, and customer feedback to diagnose problems and guide product decisions.
- Lead discovery and delivery with cross-functional teams, balancing quick customer-facing improvements with long-term platform and architectural needs.
- Align stakeholders around trade-offs, success metrics, and roadmap priorities in an ambiguous and strategically important product area.
- Explore how Search can support new surfaces and behaviours, including AI-native discovery and conversational travel planning.
Our expectations of you

- You are comfortable partnering with engineering on technical topics such as APIs, ranking, machine learning, performance, and architectural trade-offs.
- You are a strong communicator who can build trust across engineering, UX, data, and business teams and create alignment when priorities compete.
- You are fluent in English.
Experience
- You have 8+ years of product management experience, ideally including ownership of a search, discovery, marketplace, recommendation, or other high-intent digital product.
