Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• You are enrolled as a student in an IT-related or media/communication-related degree program for at least one more year (e.g., Business Informatics, Information Security, Media or Communication Studies).
• Information Security & Data Privacy: You are familiar with the key fundamentals (e.g., phishing, social engineering, password & MFA basics) and use collaboration tools securely and responsibly.
• Target Audience Orientation: You enjoy preparing complex technical content in an understandable, structured, and audience-appropriate manner (e.g., texts, presentations, e-learnings, or short videos).
• Design skills & communication affinity: You have an eye for appealing design (e.g., storylines, visuals) and possess an affinity for internal communication channels (intranet, newsletter, social intranet).
• Self-responsibility & organizational skills: You prioritize your tasks independently, keep an overview, and complete your work conscientiously.
• Analytical Thinking & Structuring Skills: You can quickly grasp complex issues, organize them logically, and articulate them clearly.
• Communication Skills & Team Spirit: You are outgoing, approachable to various contacts, and enjoy working in a team.
• Language skills: You have very good spoken and written German skills (CEFR level C1 or higher).

Experience

• Nice to have: First experience with phishing simulations, security awareness campaigns, or metrics/reporting (e.g., click-through rates, participation rates).
