Project manager in the field of IT system solutions

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Lübeck, who will take on the central coordination role between internal departments, external service providers, and our clients.

In this key position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, management, and execution of complex projects within your department.

Your goal is to execute projects efficiently, on time, and within the defined budget and quality parameters, while ensuring a structured, transparent, and reliable communication with all project stakeholders.

• Independent planning, management, and monitoring of all project phases - from initiation to successful completion.
• Definition and alignment of project objectives in collaboration with all relevant internal departments and stakeholders.
• Creation of detailed project plans including time and resource planning, as well as monitoring the adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordination of implementation and ensuring smooth collaboration between all involved departments, including external partners or service providers if applicable.
• Ongoing risk management: identification, assessment, and control of potential project risks, as well as the initiation of appropriate countermeasures.
• Regular, transparent reporting on project status, goal achievement, project progress, and deviations to relevant decision-makers.
• Responsible for customer-oriented project communication and sustainable support throughout the entire project duration.
• Continuous development of project management methods and improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
