Your role in the team
- On R+V's AI platforms, you develop, integrate, and operate new AI components, LLM-based features, and agent-based workflows with high complexity and strategic impact for ARTs and business units of the composite insurance.

Education
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification – for example, through relevant IT training as well as relevant professional and project experience.
Qualifications
- Strength in technical leadership, consulting, and enabling multiple teams or ARTs. You communicate complex technical decisions clearly, appropriately tailored to the audience, and convincingly to various stakeholders.

Experience
- Several years of in-depth experience in software development with Python; additional knowledge of Java and modern frameworks is desirable. You also possess a very good understanding of CI/CD, GitLab, DevSecOps architectures, and complex software lifecycle processes within agile structures, such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Extensive practical experience in the development, integration, and operational deployment of AI, LLM, or Agentic AI solutions — including API, REST, and MCP integrations, as well as secure operational, monitoring, and quality assurance concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of Agentic AI and the use of AI in the software development process – from requirements gathering through implementation and code review to maintenance and further development. Additionally, extensive experience in a public cloud environment, ideally with Azure, as well as familiarity with platform and integration components such as Azure AI, Synapse, Kafka, or comparable technologies.
