Our expectations of you

Education

• An outstanding degree with a focus on economics, technology, or information technology, such as STEM, Business Informatics, Statistics/Data Science.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or certification in DCAM or DAMA would be optional.
• In-depth knowledge of established cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or analytics & data platform architecture, particularly with Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Redshift, and/or data governance technologies (e.g., Collibra, Informatica).
• Enjoyment in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
• Ability to communicate in a structured and precise manner, both verbally and in writing, in complex technical and business contexts.
• Deep understanding of data-driven transformation, AI-supported business models, data-driven decision making, and agentic AI.
• High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a globally leading management consultancy.
• Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.

Experience

• 4-5 years of hands-on project experience in the design and implementation of data and AI architecture, Data & AI platforms, or Data Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise Data & AI Management, Strategy & Governance, and ideally in one or more of the following areas: Data Governance, Data Catalog, Data Integration, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Products, Data Quality, and Data Management.
