In this role, you will plan IT infrastructure projects, administer Microsoft and Linux systems, and provide customer support through remote and on-site assistance. You will also design cloud projects and configure hardware and software.

- Beratung, Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten.
- Administrationstätigkeit im Microsoft- oder Linux-Umfeld.
- Installation, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung von Kundenumgebungen.
- Betreuung unserer Kunden durch Remote- und Vor-Ort-Support.
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs in der Pre-Sales-Phase.
- Konzeption und Aufbau von Cloud-Projekten.
- Konfiguration von Hard- und Software.

Education
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Fundierte Server-Kenntnisse.
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit anderen.
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Spaß am Arbeiten im Team.
- Microsoft- und/oder Cisco-Zertifizierung wünschenswert.
Experience
