Our expectations of you

Education

• Successfully completed university studies, preferably in the areas of computer science, natural sciences, technology or successfully completed IT training, alternatively several years of relevant professional experience

Qualifications

• You design, plan and implement new technologies as part of our cloud-first strategy, bringing with you in-depth knowledge of networks, endpoint management, IT security and software distribution.
• You support the planning of budgets and always have an overview of the price developments of the technology we use.
• You create well-founded decision templates taking both technical and economic factors into account.
• You communicate efficiently, transparently and can prioritize well. You will work closely with employees in the areas of IT, information security and data protection, as well as process owners within the b.telligent group and management.
• High (internal) customer orientation, proactive way of working and very good communication skills
• Your quality standards ensure continuous improvement of technology and service
• Hands-on and coaching mentality
• Preferably from Munich or the Munich area
• Attendance at the headquarters in Munich 2 days/week would be desirable

Experience

• You will use your know-how and experience in the areas of workplace management and infrastructure in a goal-oriented manner; Focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• You manage service providers and monitor their service provision; ideally, you already have experience in IT controlling and purchasing, as well as in negotiating framework contracts.
• You already have experience with the requirements for an ISMS according to ISO 27001, as well as the implementation and compliance with TOMs, basic knowledge of the GDPR is desirable.
• (Technical) leadership or project management experience is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience as a technical manager, IT manager or senior administrator
