Our expectations of you

Education

• Educational or professional background: You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a comparable qualification.

Qualifications

• Applying Agile Frameworks: You practically implement Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or comparable approaches and understand their application in complex corporate environments.
• Understanding and Shaping Operating Models: You are familiar with the fundamental relationships between roles, processes, value streams, governance, and collaboration, and can contribute to their further development.
• Applying AI competence in practice: You understand the fundamentals of modern AI technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI Assistants, AI Agents, and Automation.
• You actively use relevant tools in your daily work and support teams in utilizing them effectively for collaboration, documentation, analysis, idea development, knowledge management, and the automation of recurring tasks.
• Design AI-supported product work responsibly: You recognize how AI can assist throughout the entire delivery process, for example in requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, documentation, or decision-making bases.
• In doing so, you understand the collaboration between humans and AI systems as well as the opportunities of agentic work practices.
• At the same time, you consider topics such as AI governance, AI security, explainable AI, data protection, compliance, and the EU AI Act.
• Coaching, Moderation & Communication: You build trust, moderate complex discussions, and can convey connections clearly.
• Systemic basic understanding: You recognize interactions between organization, people, technology, and processes and develop practical solutions from this.
• Curiosity and a willingness to experiment: You enjoy trying out new AI tools, methods, and workflows, and deriving tangible improvements for teams from them.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You enjoy working with departments, IT, Data & AI, product teams, and executives, bringing together different perspectives.
• You have at least a C1 level of proficiency in German and can use it successfully in a professional context.
• Your German language proficiency is at least C1 level, and you are able to use it successfully in your daily work.

Experience

• Agile Coaching Expertise: You have several years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Consultant, or in a comparable role, and have supported teams and organizational units in agile working methods.
• Transformation experience at team or project level: You have experience in change management, agile transformations, or digital projects and want to further develop these skills.
