In this role, you troubleshoot issues in healthcare, manage end devices, and document your knowledge while working in 1st-level support and handling service hotline inquiries.
Your role in the team
- Störungsbehebung unserer Kunden aus dem Bereich Gesundheitsversorgung
- Betreuung der Servicenummer und Ticketsystem
- Bestellwesen und Prüfung Lieferung sowie Rechnungsbearbeitung
- Dokumentation und Aufbereitung des Wissens im Bereich 1st-Level
- Verwaltung und Support der Endgeräte z.B. PC, Notebooks, Drucker, etc.
- Rufbereitschaft

Education
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Informatik oder artverwandt
Qualifications
- Infrastruktur- und Administrationskenntnisse im Bereich Endgeräte, Druckertechnik und Softwareverteilung sowie Patch-/Updatemanagement
- Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent, auch bei hoher Belastung
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Experience
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
