In this role, you will develop data- and AI-driven applications, analyze large datasets, and apply modern methods to create innovative solutions in mobility projects.
Your role in the team
- Make individual mobility more enjoyable and sustainable by advancing technology and people - As one of the top 100 automotive suppliers worldwide, Webasto actively shapes the transformation of the industry through expertise and forward-thinking solutions.
- Our goal is to make mobility a full sensory experience, working toward more comfort, wind in your hair, the perfect temperature in any season, and driving with a clear conscience - for a safe and sustainable future.
- Combine Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Administration to develop skills at the intersection of technology, data analytics, and business challenges.
- Gain the knowledge and tools needed to develop innovative data- and AI-driven applications, products, services, and business models using future-oriented methods and technologies.
- Build a solid foundation in analyzing and interpreting large datasets and deriving meaningful insights in a practical and future-focused learning environment.
- Learn strong theoretical fundamentals through the Dual Study Program in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), combined with hands-on experience in our company.
- Choose your individual specialization from the fifth semester onwards: Data Engineering & Data Analytics or Artificial Intelligence & Intelligence Engineering.
- Freely select your practical training departments, such as Data Analytics, Software & Systems Development, AI Applications, Project Management, and many other exciting business areas to shape your individual career path.
Our expectations of you
Education
- A good Abitur or Fachabitur qualification (with a successfully completed aptitude test at the Cooperative State University).
Qualifications
- Very good to good grades in Mathematics, Computer Science, and English, as well as a strong interest in data analytics and digital technologies.
- Flexibility, willingness to learn, determination, and initiative.
- Willingness to complete the academic phases of the program in Ravensburg, Baden-Württemberg, at the DHBW Ravensburg campus.

- 1st year of training: 1.403,00 Euro
- 2nd year of training: 1.485,00 Euro
- 3rd year of training: 1.572,00 Euro
