Scope of responsibilities:

• Holistic project support - From conceptualization and decision-making to the implementation of our security projects.
• Development and implementation of successful solutions together with our experienced colleagues from Sales & Consulting

Living security:

• Firewall Management - Configuration, Maintenance, and Optimization of Next-Gen Firewalls
• Network Security - Analysis, Protection, and Segmentation of Networks
• Vulnerability analysis - Conducting regular security checks
• Quality Improvement - Optimization of Existing Playbooks and Response Processes
• Assessing Technology Trends - Evaluating New Security Solutions and Integrating Them into Existing Systems

Exciting scope of responsibilities:

• Developing concepts - Co-design of security architectures and policies
• Coordination of soft- and hardware rollouts in collaboration with clients
• Customer consulting - Support with security questions and implementation of customized protective measures
• Ensuring the operation of complex firewall, endpoint, and identity systems for selected key clients.
• Operational support for the IT department of our clients as well as handling customer-specific support requests.
• Documentation of technical matters and recording of services (project / service)
