In this key position, you will develop security policies and advance our information security management system while identifying risks, planning audits, and advising stakeholders.
Your role in the team
- Verantwortung für den Aufbau, Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS)
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Informationssicherheitsrisiken
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -prozessen
- Beratung unserer Fachbereiche und IT-Projekte zu sicherheitsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Planung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Audits
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (u. a. NIS2, EU Data Act, EU AI Act)
- Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Datenschutz, Qualitätsmanagement und Compliance
- Förderung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheitskultur im Unternehmen
Our expectations of you
Education
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Aufbau und Betrieb eines ISMS (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz, NIS-2)
- Zertifizierung im Bereich Informationssicherheit ist ein Plus
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Experience
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit oder IT-Security
- Erfahrung im Risiko- und Compliance-Management
