Your role in the team
- You will take on test management in our agile development teams and oversee the entire process, from test strategy and planning through to well-founded release recommendations.
- You actively shape test automation: You design and develop automated tests, further enhance existing solutions, and ensure they remain stable and maintainable over the long term.
- You integrate your automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines, providing fast and reliable feedback on software quality with every release.
- You make the current quality and testing status visible. To do so, you create meaningful test reports and status overviews that development teams, Product Owners, and management can understand at a glance.
- As a driving force behind our quality management, you will further develop quality criteria and KPIs and manage defect management from structured analysis through to successful retesting.
- In this role, you will work closely with developers, Product Owners, business units, and other IT teams, embedding quality as a shared goal in the development process.
