Education

• You have completed a degree, e.g. B. in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or a scientific degree, or completed subject-related training, e.g. B. as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification

Qualifications

• You are enthusiastic about big data technologies emerging on the market and always want to develop further
• Confident handling of the orchestration and automation of the operation of applications in a container environment (e.g. Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes platforms, Docker-Compose)
• You are enthusiastic about automation in the DevOps environment (e.g. GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Setting up and configuring common big data infrastructure components on existing on-premises or public cloud platforms is no problem for you.
• Working responsibly and independently in projects and with customers
• Teamwork is the key to success for you.
• You are willing to travel nationally and have good communication skills with very good knowledge of German (level C1 or higher) and English (level B2 or higher).

Experience

• Ideally (initial) professional experience in dealing with big data platforms
• Experience in configuring, setting up and operating OCI container engines (e.g. Docker, Podman) and associated repository managers
• Ideally, you have experience with containerizing existing applications by building your own container images.
