Your role in the team
- Do you think Managed Print Services simply means printers? Think again! Our eight-member Managed Print Services team is an independent unit, separate from traditional sales, and specializes in complex, versatile solutions around managed printing environments, IT security, and process optimization. We support and develop innovative services for our clients — from configuring entire device fleets and security policies to cloud integrations.
- Our Senior Solution Consultant will guide you step by step into the world of Managed Print Services. In doing so, you will not only become familiar with our products and concepts but also gain insights into system administration focuses and the execution of customer orders. This will prepare you thoroughly to competently support customer inquiries after implementation.
- You assist with the configuration and customization of devices as well as with the deployment of solutions (prestaging).
- You document your work carefully and contribute to the creation of user training and videos.
- You are the point of contact for organizational technical topics and support rollouts.
- You accompany and subsequently take over the post-sales phase after device delivery, ensuring that all systems function as planned.
